If you should find an orphaned baby bird, return it to it's nest if possible (the mother will not reject it if it has been touched by humans). If the fledgling is fairly large with a dusting of feathers . . .leave it alone (if it is in a safe place) it's mom is still feeding it! Starlings are fun but require A LOT of patience and dedication.
